By booking a service with Designed For Pleasure, you agree to the following terms:

Services offered include Ayurvedic massages and Human Design readings.
All services are for informational, educational, and supportive purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice.
Clients must be at least 18 years old to book a session.
All services are provided by a sole proprietor (zzp), and sessions are by appointment only.
Prices are listed excluding VAT (if applicable). VAT will be added when required.
Payment methods accepted: cash (preferred), bank transfer, or iDEAL.
Website payments are not yet available but will be added in the future.

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service fee.
No-shows (not showing up without notice) will be charged the full service amount.
If I, the practitioner, need to cancel, you will receive a full refund or a new appointment.

Designed For Pleasure provides holistic services that aim to support well-being. These do not replace medical care.
Ayurvedic massage is a complementary wellness service and should not be considered a medical treatment.
Human Design readings are tools for self-awareness and empowerment. They are not predictive or diagnostic.
You are always responsible for your own choices, actions, and health.
I do not offer diagnoses or treatment plans for health conditions.
By booking a service, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these limitations.

Your personal data will be handled with care and confidentiality.
Data collected includes: name, contact details, and basic intake information (if provided).
Intake forms may be introduced in the future for tailored care.
Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties unless legally required.
Your rights under the GDPR include the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Please contact me to make such a request.
All online bookings, payments, and communications will be processed securely.
